Wynonna JuddDaughter Grace Kelley has been arrested again.

Kelley, 28, was arrested in Georgia and booked into the Carroll County Jail on three counts on Saturday, Aug. 3, and released the following day on $2,750 bond, according to an arrest report obtained by PEOPLE.

The daughter of Judd, 60, and Arch Kelley III was charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, driving with a suspended/revoked license and failure to properly use motorcycle equipment, according to the report.

Judd and the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Four months earlier, Kelley was arrested in Alabama on April 5 on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing government operations, according to the local news agency AL.com.

A week later, on April 11, Kelley was hit by another charge. She allegedly exposed “her breasts and lower body” on a busy Alabama highway and was charged with soliciting prostitution. Her bond was set at $2,000 before she was released increased to $2,500 on April 17.

Kelley’s solicitation of prostitution charge was dropped and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness, according to Today’s news.

Local news agency WSFA reported that she pleaded guilty to both the remaining charges of public office and obstructing government business. The earlier charge ordered her to pay $200 and her 90-day jail sentence suspended. The second count earned her 60 days in jail. She was released on May 23.

This wasn’t Kelley’s first brush with the law. Six years earlier, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison. She was arrested for possession of meth in 2016 and violated her probation by leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.

She was released in early December 2022, according to The Daily Beastbut she was then sent back to prison in May 2023, when she violated an order of protection and parole. Months later, she was released from prison again in October 2023.

At the time, Kelley was also granted a temporary leave of absence in March 2022 when she gave birth to her baby girl, Kaliyah Chanel.
